This month I believe my mind is living in the ocean. I have been coming up with sea animal themes for my food-art and yet again I have shared a very creative way to serve salads with some dips.
I have made an octopus with head made of Creamy Herb Dip from Fab India and tentacles made from Carrots. I have tossed the carrots with some salt and pepper.
You can create similar foodart with different vegetables & dips like cucumber- cottage cheese dips, beetroot- honey mustard etc and get creative the way you serve salads to your kids and family members.

And if you want to serve your guests, be different and get some brownie points on you cooking skill you just know what to do.

It’s 6:00 in the evening and I am hungry. Tempted to munch some chips or have pani puri down the roadside. As I wonder how to fill my growling tummy, I see the wallpaper of my phone which says – “Happy Healthy 2018”. The word healthy is the only thing striking my mind.
With that thought i had to my fridge searching for some fruits and nuts only to come up with this simple, creamy recipe for all of you.
- 7 – 10 Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 3 tbsp Oats
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- Honey as per taste
- Blend all the ingredients in the food processor till it achieves smooth & creamy texture
- Garnish it with Strawberries & Oats
- Serve Immediately
