I have started an initiative on my instagram account with 3 mom bloggers to share some healthy recipes for kids under the #tasty4munchkins. The idea is we want moms to give an easy platform to access recipes and solve their meal planning problems with the recipes we provide. Before I begin, let me tell you why we chose Oats as our first ingredient to begin the #tast4munchkins series.

  • It’s easily digestible as oatmeals tend to cause less constipation in babies
  • It’s rich in micronutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, calcium, iron, selenium, zinc and copper, which give children a well-rounded nutritional profile
  • It’s a versatile ingredient which can be blended with other food supplements offering various textures to babies
