Hey moms, once again i have tried to make a cute little animal , this time a pig with the dosa batter. This is a south indian pig i must say. My kiddo loves his animal book and i have just taken inspiration from the book.
To give the pig a pinkish tinge i have added a spoonful of beetroot pulp which is a natural colour and at the same time would not hinder the taste of the dosa. Also i have made use of olives, tomato and cottage cheese to give the pig his looks.
I hope this simple foodart is loved by all of you.
Son : What have you made for Dinner, Mom ?
Mom : I have made something very simple today
Son : What ?
Mom : Hmmm.. Err.. it’s KHICHDI Today
Son : Yuckkss ! You never make good Food. I hate you.
Hey Moms ! Does this conversation feels similar to you. Well then it’s time you revamp not how you cook Khichdi but how you serve it.
I have made the Dog from Khichdi and created a story on the dog and the bone. Well that is how I make good food.
I have tried creating cartoon character “Spong Bob” through oats dosa and made meal times fun for the kids.
