Vegetable Pasta Salad

As you all know, this year i have vowed to follow a healthy lifestyle. And the first reflection of this you will see in my recipes. To begin with I did not want to be too harsh to myself, so I made salad with white pasta for dinner. It’s just a way for subduing my tastebuds to follow my resolution.



  • A Bowl of Cooked Pasta
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Onion Medium Size
  • 4-5 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Tomato Medium Size
  • 50 gm Cottage Cheese
  • 5-6 Crushed Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper as per taste
  • Red Paprika & Italian Seasoning as per taste


  • Cut the bell peppers, onion, tomato, cottage cheese in cubes & keep aside
  • In a pan, pour oil and saute the cottage cheese with pepper and salt
  • Mix all the above ingredients and toss it well
  • Garnish with flax seeds & walnuts
  • Serve immediately.
